The Signing Ceremony between Hanoi Academy & British University Vietnam

This morning, Hanoi Academy & British University Vietnam (BUV) signed a memorandum of understanding on scholarship support for Hanoi Academy students after completing high school.
The Signing Ceremony between HA & BUV grants the opportunities for Acers to study in a world-class education environment with extremely valuable scholarships for undergraduate courses in the academic year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

Ms Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan stated:
“BUV has a very modern study environment, in line with the career orientation and development of Hanoi Academy High School students. In addition, this agreement will provide students with vast opportunities to experience student life and study at BUV, as well as build networks to access career opportunities, building their career path from an early stage
Mr Christopher Jeffery, Chief Academic Officer of BUV, affirmed:
“It was a great pleasure to sign the strategic agreement today between our two institutions, this provides a seamless transition from A-Levels to studying a British Degree at BUV.

The scholarships that BUV awarded to Hanoi Academy High School students are as follows:
- 02 scholarships worth 50% of tuition fee for the 2019-2020 school year with requirements: grade 12th GPA ≥ 8.0, IELTS score ≥ 6.0 (or direct entry into the Foundation course), actively participate in extracurricular activities, with a letter of recommendation from the School Board
- 01 scholarship worth 50% of tuition fee for the 2020-2021 school year with requirements: grade 12th GPA ≥ 8.0, IELTS score ≥ 6.0 (or direct entry into the Foundation course), actively participate in extracurricular activities, with a letter of recommendation from the School Board
- 01 scholarship worth 30% of tuition fee for the 2020-2021 school year with requirements: grade 12th GPA ≥ 7.5, IELTS score ≥ 5.5 (or direct entry into the Foundation course), actively participate in extracurricular activities, with a letter of recommendation from the School Board
The cooperation will also involve supporting students from Hanoi Academy in the planning and transition to university, allowing them to continue studying a world-class British education here in Vietnam at a state-of-the-art campus.
