• Over the years, Hanoi Academy has successfully organised learning projects to maximise the general and specific abilities of students such as the project “Designing a learning model” (History) , Project “Designing smart school supplies (Geography), Design project “Literary dictionary”, (Literature subject), project “Performance of folklore” (Language subject), the design project of “Mathematics Handbook” (Mathematics), “Crystal rearing” project (Chemistry), “Love for Reading” project, “Between The Lines” project…
• “Learning projects” are regularly maintained every year. In addition, the school is always conscious of renewing learning projects, expanding the scope so that students always feel excited and keep up with the knowledge and skill requirements of each stage.

With the International program taught in 100% English at Hanoi Academy, students will have the opportunity to receive certificates and diplomas of international value.

• Grades 6-8: Pearson Edexcel iLower Secondary Program – Pearson Edexcel iLower Secondary. At the end of the 8th grade year, students take part in Pearson’s International Junior Certificate exam.
• Grades 9-10: iGCSE International High School Program. At the end of the 10th grade year, students take Pearson’s iGCSE exam.
• Grades 11-12: NCC’s IFD international pre-university program (UK) includes the following subjects: Business, Economics and Accounting, Culture Studies, Advanced English Language Skills, Study and Communication Skills.

• Hanoi Academy does not take the test of the ability to reproduce learned knowledge as the center of its assessment strategy. Instead, assessment of learning outcomes is focused on applicability and creativity in different situations through “Learning Projects”.
• The assessment of students is carried out regularly through the cooperation of teachers, and students self-assess through specific and transparent criteria in order to consolidate knowledge and train students’ abilities.
• The assessment of students’ skills (presentation skills, teamwork skills, information technology skills etc.) is built on the basis of a common set of assessment criteria and links between different subjects, aiming to ensure quality output and standard competence for students.

• The school always encourages students to participate in competitions such as: Science Olympiad, Math & English, Asian Science and Maths Olympiad (ASMO), Project “Between the lines”, HA’s Oscar, TOEFL Junior, Competition Engineering Science, Science & Technology Competition, Sports Week, UPU International Letter Writing Competition, etc
• Up to now, Hanoi Academy’s high school students have won many awards and medals at many competitions, bringing glory to themselves and becoming the pride of the school.
