Purpose
Career orientation is based on identifying students’ strengths, weaknesses, interests and abilities, fostering professional personality qualities, helping them understand themselves and their profession.

Consulting procedure

Collect information
Students contact the career guidance and study abroad counselling department at the school. Then, schedule an appointment with a counsellor to share information, concerns, and desires about the ideal career that you expect. Here, counsellors will listen and answer all questions of students.

Assessment of abilities and personality
Students will take career tests under the guidance of a counsellor.

Orientation and advice
Based on the results obtained about the student’s interests, desires, and abilities, the counsellor will build an overview personal profile including personality characteristics and suitable majors.

Build a specific plan
It is up to students to decide for themselves what is the most suitable career option for them. Then, the counsellor will accompany students to build short-term and long-term plans, synthesising skills that need to be supplemented or enhanced to match that career goal.

Documents and information about studying abroad are regularly and continuously updated by Hanoi Academy’s staff. Students who wish to study abroad can directly visit the school’s study abroad office to find out more detailed information.
