Admission Process

STEP 1: REGISTER FOR ENTRY
Parents register students with the Admissions Department directly at the school; or through Website, Hotline, Facebook; or fill out the Enrollment Application Form.
Pay the entrance examination fee according to financial regulations.
Get an appointment for an entrance assessment from an admissions counsellor.
STEP 2: JOIN ENTRY CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
Students participating in the scheduled entry assessment are provided with:
- Kindergarten, Pre-primary students: Interview and logical thinking.
- Students in Grade 1: Interview, soft skills, logical thinking and English language.
- Students Grades 2-12: Participate in Vietnamese, Math, English tests and interviews in Vietnamese and English.
Hanoi Academy may request copies of transcripts to accurately assess historical student performance.
Receive assessment results within 7 working days. An offer of admission will be sent to you when the student has a “Pass” or “Conditional Admission”.
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE ENTRY PROCEDURES
After receiving the School’s Assessment Results and Admission Letter, parents submit an admission application according to the school’s instructions and pay tuition and other fees to complete the admission procedure for students. Admission documents include:
A. Admission application form available at Hanoi Academy:
- Application for admission
- Student health information sheet
B. Attached documents:
- 02 3×4 photos of students.
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate (notarized).
- Copy of the student’s household registration book or confirmation of residence information.
- Copy of CMT/CCCD of father and mother.
- Original transcripts of students (elementary, middle, and high school students).
- Copy of immunisation record (kindergarten students).
Admission is subject to class availability. Hanoi Academy encourages parents to complete tuition and enrollment documents as soon as possible to ensure their child has a place and is not on a waiting list.
STEP 4: OFFICIAL ENTRY
Students participate in formal learning according to the School’s schedule.

- The study period for grades 1 to 11 is from August 15, 2024 - May 24, 2025.
