Notice of the Final Tuition Fee Settlement school year 2019-2020 Hanoi Academy

Dear Parents

Hanoi Academy would like to extend our warmest greetings and best wishes to you and your family. Our sincere gratitude goes to you and all Acers for being incredibly supportive of us. As you may know, the Covid-19 pandemic has lots of negative impacts on the operation of the school. That partially affects the service that students receive and leads to the school fees adjustments. Hence, Hanoi Academy Board of Directors would like to inform you of the refund policy for students’ time-off from school due to the Covid-19 pandemic as follows:

1. The 2019-2020 school year will end on June 30, 2020. In the 2nd semester, Tuition and service fees are charged for 3 months that students went to school, including January, May, and June. 100% of tuition and service fees are refunded during the months off from school from February to April.

2. The refund of school fees is only applicable to those who have fulfilled payment obligations for Semester 2 of the school year 2019-2020. For further information regarding fees, please contact:

Regarding the updated tuition fee for the school year 2020-2021, for students currently attending Hanoi Academy, the school retains the same tuition and development fee as the previous schedule of academic fee (2019-2020). 7,000,000 VND will be reduced from the total academic fee for those who pay for the whole academic year before June 8, 2020.
