How it all started?

Before social distancing, the 7th-grade & 8th-grade students were prepared for a design project called the “My Vietnamese Dictionary”. The project has been successfully implemented but then the COVID-19 outbreak came. During social distancing, to effectively utilize time, grade 7th & 8th teachers came up with many ideas including the infographic design project.

The key point of the project is to add a new learning method, in addition to learning with a mind map and tables. Furthermore, an infographic can be used for students in the next academic year.

Converting text into engaging visual might sounds simple but it is not. For students in grades 7 & 8, who have no design experience, find the project quite challenging. Students have made a few mistakes, but they have learned from them pretty well.
