Due to their ability to break complex information into easy-to-understand components and make even complicated data engaging, infographics can be extremely powerful educational instruments. Whether you want to teach your audience about the education industry or you want to use visual content as a teaching tool, infographics are the ideal solution. This project helps students get familiar with digitizing literature with the project “Infographics Now!” Let’s find out how you guys in the 8th grade have done!
How it all started?
Before social distancing, the 7th-grade & 8th-grade students were prepared for a design project called the “My Vietnamese Dictionary”. The project has been successfully implemented but then the COVID-19 outbreak came. During social distancing, to effectively utilize time, grade 7th & 8th teachers came up with many ideas including the infographic design project.
Converting text into engaging visual might sounds simple but it is not. For students in grades 7 & 8, who have no design experience, find the project quite challenging. Students have made a few mistakes, but they have learned from them pretty well.
Acers shed tears when looking back at their achievements in a short time. In comparison with infographics that are designed by professionals, students have done a great job.
